A friend of mine used Skinny Fiber a few months ago to help her lose weight ahead of her wedding. She did say that it took her a week or so to get used to remembering to take it but other than that it was easy. And it did work better when she exercised more.

I’ve tried Skinny Fiber and it has worked for me. And I agree that you do need to exercise and watch what you eat. It just helps with stopping you from overeating and thankfully it is 100% natural! Too many scary pills out there!

Stay away from diet pills – the are awful. Healthy supplements like Skinny Fiber are fine because they are natural.

My problem is that I usally only eat once a day, not a lot just a normal meal. So was wandering how it may work for me.

Hi Tricia. Thanks for your comment. It’s a difficult one to respond to as I don’t know enough about your current situation or your weight loss goals. If you are eating just one normal meal a day I would imagine that you must be losing quite a lot of weight? Please don’t limit your calorie intake too much – your body needs energy and nutrients for you to be healthy.

From what the doctor said my body stores more fat because of the lack of food intake. But I eat when I’m hungry, I eat a lot of salads with maybe a grilled chicken breast or some ham pieces, or like ham and turkey sub with small bag of chips. My blood work as far as cholesterol and sugar levels are good, I’m healthy just store fat.

I have been taking Skinny Fiber for 1 and 1/2 months so far and I have to say that I am a bit disappointed in the product. I thought that this product will help me lose weight and inches. In the first couple of weeks, I lost a couple of inches overall and 5 pounds. Then all the weight and inches stopped coming off. I have completed 1 month and 2 weeks. Since the past 3 weeks, I have not lost any more inches or pounds. In fact, I actually gained a pound back. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I try to eat healthy. I am eating whole wheat things rather than white. But not seeing the results I wanted to see. Hopefully I start losing inches soon otherwise I will have to give up and stop taking the product.
